Chimichurri

Ingredients:
4Tbs olive oil
2Tbs red wine vinegar
3 Tbsp. finely chopped chives
3 Tbsp. finely chopped cilantro
1/2 Tsp course salt
1/8 Tsp red pepper flakes (can be adjusted or left out)
